Netball

Netball is a popular and inclusive sport at our school, giving students the opportunity to develop coordination, teamwork, and confidence. Through regular training sessions and competitive matches, players build physical fitness, learn the importance of fair play, and form strong friendships while representing the school with pride.

Basketball at our school provides students with an exciting opportunity to develop key skills such as coordination, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Through training sessions and competitive games, players improve their fitness, build confidence, and learn the value of discipline and sportsmanship while representing the school with pride.

Chess at our school encourages students to develop critical thinking, concentration, and problem-solving skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Through practice sessions and friendly competitions, students learn to plan strategically, think ahead, and show patience and respect for their opponents while building confidence and a lifelong love of the game.

Elle is a traditional Sri Lankan sport enjoyed by students at our school, promoting teamwork, agility, and quick decision-making. The game encourages physical fitness, coordination, and cooperation, while also fostering respect, discipline, and sportsmanship. Through Elle, students stay active and engaged while celebrating an important part of Sri Lanka’s sporting culture.

Table tennis at our school provides students with an enjoyable way to develop quick reflexes, coordination, and concentration. Through practice sessions and friendly competitions, players improve their agility and strategic thinking while learning the importance of discipline and sportsmanship. The sport encourages focus, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for active participation.

Karate at our school helps students develop self-discipline, focus, and physical strength in a safe and structured environment. Through regular training, students improve coordination, flexibility, and confidence while learning respect, perseverance, and self-control. Karate encourages both physical and mental development, promoting a strong sense of responsibility and personal growth.
